Our Vogel Curie is a lightweight carbon folding bike with the soul of a best friend. Ready to explore anywhere she goes, be it by boat, by camper or by plane, Curie rides like a full sized bike and weighs as little as 7 kilo. Curie is also a great companion at home keeping you company on your daily commute or a roll out on the town to visit friends. A lightweight folding bike for all occasions.
Our Curie folding bike is as colorful as she is adaptive. Check out our basic builds below and customize her on your own with the options and features available on the individual product pages.
Curie Roller Zip and Curie Roller 11 speed are based on our carbon fiber lightweight folding bike frame and fork. Zip offers an exceptionally light basic bike ideal for local commutes and checking out the town. Roller 11 speed is based on a Shimano 105 Gear and brake set. Built with aluminium wheels and dual-action disk brakes, both versions can be dressed up with Internal Alfine gears and a variety of colours – it’s all up to you.
Curie Lux is a sporty lightweight folding bike ride based around the same frame as the Roller, but with carbon wheels and a carbon drop bar and steerer. Groupsets can be either SRAM RED or Shimano Durace.
As these builds are just suggested configurations, we encourage you to come with your own ideas and requests. Internal gears? Electric?

Our Curie 20” wheeled folder uses her geometry and material technology to provide a smooth ride. “So, what does she weigh with...?” is a question we at Vogel Bikes have heard more than once and somehow its always a bit embarrassing for us to answer, something along the lines of:
“Hmmm - depends! What sort of hardware do you want?”
In all truth, Vogel bikes are custom builds, and although we know quite precisely what the different size frames weigh it is almost impossible for us to say precisely what a specific build will weigh in at.
