Returns
Unused bicycles and gear can be returned to Vogel Bikes within the first 30 days after receipt. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of your new Vogel Bike.
Please follow the steps below when returning a bicycle:
- Register your return request by clicking here and filling out the “Vogel Bikes Returns Form”. This will register your return claim and if followed, it will help us to make sure that the return is processed without difficulty or complication.
- Once we have received your claim we will register it and send you a confirmation. Non EU sales will receive additional relevant information concerning customs and duties.
- In the event that the package has been opened, please re-box the bike and associated gear in the original packaging and place a copy of the return confirmation inside the package. Remember that the bicycle is your responsibility until it gets back to us.
- When your bike arrives we will inspect it. Your money will be refunded when we have processed the return.
Please note that the above covers returns and not damaged goods. If your new bicycle has arrived damaged then click here and fill out the Vogel Bikes Damage Form. When we receive the completed form we will send you a confirmation with a plan of action.
