Just tell us how much and who to send it to below, and we’ll handle the rest.
1. Send the Gift Card directly to the person you wish to buy a present, or send it to yourself and print it to give in person.
2. To use it, simply enter your Gift Card code in the cart where it says “Have a gift card?”. Gift cards are sent with instructions on how to redeem them.
3. The Gift Card is valid for one year.
Are there any extra charges on Gift Cards?
No, Vogel Virtual Gift Cards are sent for free via email to the specified address and are exempt from sales tax.
Do you offer physical Gift Cards?
Well, we really only offer Virtual Gift Cards, but being a custom bike shop, we might be able to help you customize a card too. Just ask us at hello@vogelbikes.com
When will my Virtual Gift Card be sent?
If the date you choose is the same day as your purchase, your gift card will be sent straight away. Otherwise, your gift card will be sent on the selected date.
Why am I asked for my shipping address on checkout?
Gift Cards are processed through the same system we use for our other products, so while this is a required step, rest assured that the gift card will be delivered electronically to the email address you enter.
Coupons and discount codes cannot be applied when purchasing Virtual Gift Cards. VAT will not be applied to Gift Card purchases. If other products are included in your order, VAT will apply only to those products. Vogel Bikes Virtual Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, or resold, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
